The TP6 professional pyrometer is equipped with an exhaustive list of impressive features which make it ideal for a variety of different professional applications. There’s the temperature range which spans over a thousand degrees allowing you to measure temperatures between -50 °C and +1.000 °C, an optical resolution of 30:1 and a state-of-the-art dual laser designed to visualize measuring spots and provide you with an optimum of comfort. And then there’s the price. The TP6 is not just a good buy – it is quite simply excellent value for money. Which is what you have long come to expect from Trotec.
When our technicians designed the TP6 they had a clear vision of what they wanted: a brilliant backlit display that would make it easy to read off the values in both favourable conditions as well as in dimly-lit surroundings and a degree of emission that could be adjusted individually to suit the type of material that had been selected for measuring. Now isn’t that what you would have wanted too?
The TP6 is ideal for a sheer endless number of professional applications: it is tough enough to stand up to the rigours and demands of daily use and compact enough for use in hard-to-reach or virtually inaccessible places. And because of the extremely high temperature measuring range and the contact-free measuring principle it is excellently suited for measuring the temperatures of hot, moving or even dangerous measuring targets.
Oh, and thanks to the improved lens smaller objects are also much more easily discernible over a greater distance.
Simply point the pyrometer at the object, press the trigger and read off the surface temperature from the backlit display. It’s a bit like falling off a log really.
