T500 material moisture meter
The T500 is a professional handheld meter designed to determine the exact moisture content in wood and other materials according to the resistance principle.
“Made in Germany” is a sign of quality. It is regarded the world over as a guarantee for reliable and efficient products and engineering – and it certainly rings true for the T500, a multi-purpose moisture measuring meter not only designed to detect moisture in building materials like plaster and stucco but also to carry out checks and measurements for use in forestry companies, saw mills and the wood-processing industry. And because it is such a high-quality product, it has no real competition to fear.
One reason is the T500’s menu option, which allows you to select the type of wood which you would wish to check for moisture from a list comprising literally hundreds of different types – now woodn’t you call that thorough?
Special software incorporated in the device makes this possible. All you have to do is select a material number for the particular kind of wood you want from the table of different types of wood.
The T500 comes standard-equipped with a pair of connecting nuts, ten 20cm-long measuring tips (ø 1.5mm), an electrode cap, a battery, a user’s guide and a 170-page index with hundreds of different types of wood.
And you can always increase the application range of your T500 to include some of the many optional accessories like the TS adapter set and the TC 25 connecting cable, which allow you to use all the electrodes in the MultiMeasure programme. Now you can’t get much more versatile than that!
